At The Equal Food Co. we are on a mission to make all food count. We connect farmers who have some form of produce (fruits & vegetables) surplus with businesses and consumers with an interest in their products.
We are currently building a platform that makes those transactions more transparent and easier to handle.
We are looking for an energetic problem solver willing to join us part-time to help with our strategy for customer acquisition and partnership growth. The role involves market research, engagement with potential new clients, visits to fields and farms and developing strategies to launch new products and target different customer bases.
The candidate ideally has 1-2 years of experience working in a related area (food, food waste, customer acquisition), has a learning mindset and does not shy away from hands-on projects.
He or she will be working directly with the executive team directly and participating in all the challenges that arise when building a company from scratch.
